Debit & Credit Visa Card Holders 

Automatic Account-Updater 

Your WCTFCU Visa Debit credit and Visa credit card will provide the automatic Account Updater,* convenience service.

Are there merchants to whom you have given your debit card to keep on file, for recurring payments? If so, this applies to you.

Whenever you receive a new or renewed debit or credit Visa card, your old card's information (i.e. number & expiration date) will automatically update to the new card's number & expiration date; for all  the merchants with whom you maintain your card on file for recurring payments (ex. subscriptions, gym memberships).

You may opt-out. If you do not want to utilize this convenience, you may opt-out. If you opt-out of this automatic update, it will be incumbent upon you to manually update your auto-charge merchants whenever you receive an updated WCTFCU debit and/or credit Visa card.

Remittance (payment) Address Change

Effective June 2018.  The WCTFCU Visa Payment Processing Center has moved. The remittance address, the one to which your WCTFCU Visa payment is sent, has changed. Please make note of this new address for future reference. (prior payments were sent to a Tampa, Florida PO Box. )
New Address: Beginning with your June Visa Bill statement (due in July), the remittance (payment) address is now: PO Box 4521, Carol Stream, IL, 60197-4521
How Does This Affect Me?
  • Online Bill Pay If you pay your Visa bill online through the WCTFCU or another online banking bill pay system, you must go into your bill-pay system and update the old Visa payment address to the new address provided above.
  • Did you know? You can set up your payment as a transfer from your account, instead of using the traditional bill pay option.
  • Mailing Do you mail in your monthly Visa credit card payment, and you do not use the envelope provided, you will use this new address from now on.
How Do I Check that this is a legitimate directive from WCTFCU about my WCTFCU Visa payment address? You will also find this new address on your June statement's payment remittance slip - the slip you mail in with your June monthly payment. Additionally, notice of this change is also found in your monthly statement memo.
