For example, if we have a concern or notice suspicious activity, which does not happen often, but if it did we would want to be able to reach you quickly and directly. This is a powerful way to fight fraud.

To verify your current contact information simply sign-in to your account, or call us during business hours.

When you call a WCTFCU branch, we may ask you to confirm the contact info we have in your Member profile including your primary phone number, mobile phone number, mailing address, & personal email address.

For security purposes, we will not call you to update your contact information.
