- Minimum to open a Head Start Savings Account: $5.00.
- Earn 4.60% APY* on funds up to $1,000 in this account.
- The funds in the account that are over $1,000 will earn the regular savings rate.
- When a member turns 18, the entire account will earn the regular savings rate.
Regular Savings Account
(For ages 18 and older.)
- Minimum to open a Regular Savings Account is $5.00.
- This account establishes credit union membership.
- Earn the current stated rate on funds.

Checking for teens and young adults
Regular Checking Account
(From ages 16 -17, members can open a WCTFCU checking account with a parent or guardian on the account. Members ages 18 and older do not need a parent or guardian).
- Minimum to open the account is $5.00.
- No monthly minimum balance.
- No monthly fees.
- Earns monthly dividends.
- Debit card is available.

Scholarships for College
Each year, the Credit Union awards scholarships to exemplary WCTFCU Members who are graduating high school seniors and are enrolled for college at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university as a freshmen for the upcoming fall semester.
Recipients are selected through an anonymous review of all applications and voted on by the Scholarship Committee, a subcommittee of the WCTFCU Board of Directors.
Scholarship applications are accepted March 15 through May 15 through our online application.
Winners are awarded at a ceremony in July.
