Member Appreciation BBQ Registration Form

Event Date: Wednesday, August 5, 2026
Branches will close at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5th

Location: Quassy Amusement & Waterpark

Park Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

WCTFCU Activity Tent: Opens at 5:00 p.m.

Barbeque: Runs from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Things to Know:

Prior registration is required to attend the barbeque.
Registration will be accepted through Tuesday, August 4^th at 8:00 p.m.
Active Members* - use your Membership Account Number when completing the registration form below.
Event Check-In will be located at the WCTFCU tent located in front of the Quassy Main Office by the Carousel from 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Quassy Park Passes – WCTFCU Members who are registered for the BBQ may purchase a discounted All-day Ride & Waterpark Pass from Quassy at their Main Office, for $20 on August 5^th. (The pass is only good for August 5^th).
Non-Member BBQ Registration –

Registered, Non-Member guests will pay $20 (cash) for a BBQ ticket at the WCTFCU Event Check-In tent.
Once a BBQ Event ticket has been purchased, Non-Member guests may also purchase an All-day Ride & Waterpark Pass for $20 directly from Quassy at their Main Office.

*Active Accounts = In good standing, and not dormant. Dormant accounts must be reinstated to be considered “active” prior to the barbeque.

Each Non-Member guest can purchase a BBQ ticket on site for $20 cash on the day of the event.
With the purchase of the BBQ ticket they are also eligible to buy one All-Day Ride and Waterpark Pass for an additional $20 (good for the day of the event only).
